This website is operated by EpoXilo. By using our site, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Products  
All products are handmade and may have natural variations in wood grain, color, and resin patterns. Each piece is unique.

Custom Orders  
Custom tables are made based on client specifications. Once production has started, orders cannot be cancelled.

Payment  
A 30% non-refundable deposit is required to begin production. The remaining balance must be paid before delivery.

Pricing  
All prices are subject to change without notice until the order is confirmed.

Shipping  
Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on location and logistics.

Returns & Refunds  
Custom-made items are non-refundable once production has started. Refunds are only considered in cases of major defects or damage during delivery.

Liability  
EpoXilo is not responsible for minor variations in design, color, or wood characteristics, as these are natural and part of handmade products.
