Ready-Made Products

Products that are already completed and available in stock will be shipped within 3–7 business days after full payment is received.

Delivery timelines may vary depending on the destination and shipping provider.

At EpoXilo, each table is handcrafted and made to order.

Processing Time  
All custom tables require approximately 4–6 weeks for production before shipping.

Shipping Locations  
We are based in Nicosia, Cyprus, and offer delivery across Europe and selected international destinations.

Shipping Costs  
Shipping costs are calculated based on the size, weight, and destination of each order. The final shipping cost will be confirmed before production begins.

Delivery  
Once your table is completed, we will arrange delivery and provide tracking information where available.

Please note that delivery times may vary depending on location and logistics providers.

Custom Orders  
Since all tables are made to order, production begins only after a 30% deposit is received.

Delays  
While we aim to meet all estimated timelines, delays may occur due to material availability or logistics. We will inform you in such cases.

Damaged Items  
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos. We will review the issue and offer a solution.
